Only adult guests

In order to ensure that all of our guests have a relaxing vacation and fully enjoy the silence and peacefulness of the residence, we gladly welcome only adult guests from 14 years of age.

Tourist tax

From 1 January 2015 a tourist tax of € 1,00 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days is applied. During the low season, from 1 October to 30 April, the tax is reduced by 50%.

Cancellations and penalties

If you cancel your booking at least less than 7 days before arrival, or for a "no show", the full booking price will be charged.
The booking price refers to the total cost of the stay.

Conditions

Only adult guests from 14 years of age are allowed.
Smoking is permitted in the communal areas only (swimming pool, garden).
The use of electrical or gas devices that are not part of the facilities in the room is not permitted.
Pets are not admitted.
Food may not be prepared or eaten in the rooms.
The minibar in the room may be used only for drinks supplied by the hotel and charged extra.
For health and hygiene reasons, food and/or drinks from outside the hotel may not be stored there.
Life-saving medicines may be stored in the minibar, provided the management has been informed.
An (external) express laundry service is available upon request, at an extra charge.
Iron and ironing board provided on request.
Snacks may not be consumed inside or outside the rooms or at the poolside.
